Day 2: Explore Canyonlands National Park and see the dawn at Mesa Arch, visit the disregards (Grand View Point, Buck Canyon Overlook, Shafer Canyon Viewpoint), climb around Upheaval Dome, and climb the Druid Hill climb in The Needles. Day 3: Capitol Reef National Park is worth the 16-mile round-trip drive along Scenic Drive, Capitol Gorge Road and the climb to Hickman Bridge to watch the nightfall from Sunset Point.
