End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, or using Zircle, you agree to be bound by this EULA, the Terms of Use agreement, and any policies or notices that are clearly presented within the product.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use Zircle. If you are using Zircle on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Zircle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the application for its intended personal or internal business purposes.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted under this EULA remain reserved by Zircle and its licensors.

You must not copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Zircle except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity notwithstanding this restriction.

You must not use Zircle in any manner that could interfere with the operation, security, integrity, availability, or lawful use of the application or related services by other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur through your account, except to the extent caused by our own breach of security obligations.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security incident involving your account.

You must not use Zircle to upload, transmit, request, publish, solicit, store, promote, or otherwise make available unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, harassing, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.

Zircle has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may investigate safety concerns, restrict features, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce our policies.

If you create, submit, share, or otherwise make content available through Zircle, you remain solely responsible for that content and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases necessary to provide it.

You acknowledge that Zircle may review, moderate, filter, refuse, remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose content where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or operational integrity.

The application, software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and related materials made available by Zircle are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except for the limited license granted in this EULA, nothing in this agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Zircle application, brand, source code, or proprietary materials.

We may update, patch, improve, restrict, or discontinue all or part of Zircle from time to time, including to address security issues, maintain compatibility, comply with law, or improve functionality.

Certain features may depend on third-party services, network connectivity, device compatibility, or regional availability, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zircle is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

This EULA remains effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate this EULA, the Terms of Use agreement, applicable law, or safety-related rules, or if continued access creates legal, operational, or security risk.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under this EULA ends immediately and you must stop using the application. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
