Account Deletion / Data Deletion
If you created a Zircle account and want to delete your account or request deletion of personal data, you can do that both in the app and from this web page even if you already removed the app.
1. In the app: Use the account settings or related account deletion option if it is available in your app version.
2. On the web: Send your request to info@fowir.com with the email subject line "Account Deletion Request".
3. To verify identity, we may ask for limited information such as the sign-up email address, username, or other details needed to confirm account ownership.
4. After verification, we will process account and related data deletion within a reasonable timeframe. Some information may need to be retained temporarily for legal, security, anti-fraud, or dispute-resolution reasons.
5. Where permitted, backups or operational logs may take additional time before they are fully removed from all systems.
Child Safety Standards
Zircle does not allow content, behavior, or use of the service involving child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, or child sexual abuse material in any form.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend use, terminate accounts, and report relevant activity to appropriate authorities when required by law or necessary for safety.
Users can report content or behavior that may endanger children or violate this policy by contacting info@fowir.com.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or appropriate child protection authorities right away.
