Terms of Use Agreement

These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply to your use of Zircle, including account responsibilities, community standards, reporting, blocking, moderation, and enforcement.

Last updated: May 7, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, signing in, accessing, or using Zircle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use agreement, the EULA, and any policies that are clearly disclosed through the service.

If you do not agree, you must not use Zircle. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for your use of the service, you must obtain that consent before using Zircle.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must use Zircle only in compliance with applicable law and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service, including any content you provide, does not violate the rights of others.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for keeping your account information complete, accurate, and up to date.

3. Community standards

You must not post, send, request, solicit, promote, or otherwise make available content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative, sexually inappropriate, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

You must not impersonate another person, deceive users, distribute spam, conduct scams, misuse personal data, or use Zircle in a way that encourages harm, intimidation, or unlawful conduct.

4. User-generated content

You retain responsibility for the content you create or share through Zircle. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload or share that content and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.

You grant Zircle the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, review, and moderate your content for the operation, safety, and improvement of the service.

5. Reporting and blocking

Zircle may provide features that allow users to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. You agree to use those tools honestly and not to submit false, malicious, or abusive reports.

When you block a user, content, communication, or profile visibility associated with that user may be restricted or removed from your view. Reports and blocks may be reviewed by Zircle for safety, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and legal compliance.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Zircle has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may investigate reports, review relevant content or account activity, remove offending material, limit functionality, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access where appropriate.

We may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, respond to lawful requests, enforce these terms, or maintain the integrity and security of the platform.

7. Third-party services and external content

Some features of Zircle may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, communication services, or linked content. We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or practices of third parties except as required by applicable law.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms or privacy notices provided by those third parties.

8. Privacy and data handling

Your use of Zircle is also subject to the applicable privacy notice presented through the product or related web pages. Where legally required, you are responsible for obtaining any notices or consents necessary before sharing personal data through the service.

You must not use Zircle to collect, process, or disclose personal data unlawfully or in a way that would violate data protection, confidentiality, or consumer protection obligations.

9. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Zircle after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you breach these terms, create safety risk, expose us or others to legal risk, or misuse the service in a way that threatens users or platform operations.
